NEW YORK CLAIMING PARTNERSHIP

We are currently forming a claiming partnership where we will claim a horse currently racing on the NYRA circuit at either the Aqueduct meet, Belmont at the Big A meet, Belmont at Saratoga meet, or the Saratoga meet. We will look to claim a horse in the $16,000-$25,000 range that we believe we can race at that same level or higher.

Partnership prices are as follows and include the following:

**claiming price of horse including all applicable fees

**minimum of three months of training expenses

**race horse owner’s liability insurance

**formation of LLC, including bank account

**welcome package for first time partners

2.5% – $1,250

5.0% – $2,500

7.5% – $3,750

10.0% – $5,000
